Product Analyst Salary up to £35,000.00 Per annum (depending on experience) 37.5 hours per week- Hybrid Working – 2 days in the office. 12.5% Annual Bonus Unify is proud to be working with a fast-growing SaaS Software business in the heart of Cardiff City Centre, who are renowned for creating a welcoming, family feel environment for their team, offering endless support and a clear path for learning, development, and growth from day one. We are looking for a Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join the businesses rapidly growing team, and play a crucial role in the growth and journey of the company. Core Responsibilities: * Requirement Gathering & Assessment: Working with internal and external stakeholders to map product requirements, features and outcomes. * Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse product and user data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. * Market & User Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. * Collaboration: Work closely with product colleagues and wider business teams to drive data-informed decisions. * Communication: Present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. * Documentation: Ensure product documentation accurately reflects the company' product, updating and improving as required to meet the needs of clients and wider business teams. Essential Skills: * Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. * Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset. * Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to share insights and recommendations. * Collaboration: Work effectively across different teams to achieve shared goals. * Passion for building great products with a strong focus on user experience * Attention to detail: Understand and monitor the little things which have big impacts. * Time Management: Awareness of investment of time and ability to manage time effectively. * Technical Understanding: The ability to understand and communicate technical solutions or business processes with confidence Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: In a relevant field like statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business. * Experience: 1-2+ years of product analytics (tech, IT or engineering) or related experience. Bonus Skills: * Business Analytics or Business Process Engineering experience * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM's * Understanding of UX: To translate data into user-centric insights. * Experience of Agile Product Development Employee Benefits 25 days annual leave.
