We are currently looking for a talented Analytics Lead to join a large data and analytics function within a leading Environmental company. The Analytics Lead will be surrounded by like minded people who are all trying to achieve similar goals. As a business we are making more and more decisions based on data and you can play a big part in helping us to achieve our growth objectives. The Analytics Lead will be responsible for working closely with the Data Delivery Manager to support the curation and delivery of the roadmap of your dedicated area. You will work directly with stakeholders from the specific area to help deliver the roadmap and become dedicated to one specific area to become the SME. Indirectly manage and support analysts and Data and Analytics team members to market our Data & Analytics solutions. Manage a team to help support the business with their requirements and delivery. Support analytics teams with the training and support of rolling out solutions that are delivered. Working with both internal and external customers on how they can use the tools that are deployed with them. Support with driving solutions to help Veolia with our purpose of ecological transformation. Drive and support the roll out and delivery of our carbon reporting for both internal and external customers. What are we looking for? Proven experience in a data and analytics role with high proficiency in communication with senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of data and analytics concepts and capabilities of the team. Proficiency in data visualisation tools, Power Bi preferred. Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of SQL. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
