Flutter Developer

A prominent financial services company is seeking a fully remote Senior App Developer proficient with Flutter to spearhead the development of their flagship app. This is a pivotal role that directly supports the exciting pipeline of projects and changes happening in the business. Responsibilities: * Lead the development and maintenance of the flagship Flutter mobile app. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery. * Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. * Contribute to technical decision-making and the long-term technology roadmap. Key Experience * 2+ years Flutter experience * 4+ years of mobile application development experience * Proficient in Dart, JavaScript, and testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress. * Hands on experience with the full SDLC. * Experience converting designs from tools (preferably Figma) into functional applications. * Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and component-based frontend architecture. * Familiarity with Android/iOS UI development and backend processes. * Knowledge of CI/CD practices. * Experience in animation is desirable.
