Woking, Surrey (Hybrid)

Up to £75,000 per annum

On behalf of a valued client, I am seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead who will oversee the cloud and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for applications and data.

The organisation operates a hybrid working policy; therefore, you must be committed to being office based 4 days per week and within commutable distance of their Woking offices.

• Responsibility for core systems such as: Networking, Security, Backups, Telephony, WAN etc.
• You will have 4 direct reports, and this will be a hands-on role.
• 40/60 split between project work and BAU
• Reporting on the performance of the Support function & systems performance
• VMWare/Virtualisation.
• Network management, design and implementation
• Server management and design principles (physical and virtual).
• Windows Server 2012/16, Active Directory and DHCP.
• Microsoft Exchange 2013, 2016 and Exchange365 support and Administration.

Experience/Skills required:

• Previous experience in an Infrastructure Lead or Senior Infrastructure capacity
• Server management and design principles (physical and virtual)
• Windows Server 2012/16, Active Directory and DHCP
• Team management/leadership experience essential
• Good experience of networking
• Able to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing 3rd party providers both commercially and from a service level with a focus on service level management
• Experience of Budget management for infrastructure services.
