Salary: £58,000
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Clinical Services Manager with a focus on children's mental health services. As the Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to younger people with complex mental health conditions and needs.
Qualifications
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
Extensive experience in CAMHS or working with individuals with complex mental health
Proven leadership and clinical management abilities within a mental health setting, preferably CAHMS
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Thorough understanding of pertinent healthcare legislation and regulations
Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within clinical practice

Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care in mental health and learning disabilities services
Provide strong leadership and support to a diverse, multidisciplinary healthcare team
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and relevant stakeholders
Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of clinical interventions, driving improvements for enhanced patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Foster partnerships with external agencies and community resources to deliver comprehensive support to service users
Advocate for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, promoting a culture of inclusivity and equality
