SOC Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven SOC Analyst to join a growing SOC of a reputable solutions provider. This is the first line of defense for an expanding portfolio of established clients. The Role: * Proactively monitor security tools (SIEM, EDR, Firewalls) * Tier 1 & 2 Support for incoming security incidents * Analyse incidents, performing false positive/negatives * Work with vendors for product improvements/issues * Ensure compliance to ISO at all times * Collaborate with multiple business functions for business objectives The Requirements: * Experience with EDR solutions * Prior SOC/IT Support experience * Understanding of Firewalls and Windows Server * Knowledge of ITIL Interested?
