Enterprise Architect – Hybrid 2 days onsite – outside IR35 – Lincolnshire Enterprise Architect required for a global IT services business based in Lincoln, we are looking to speak with experienced Enterprise architects who have strong experience around digital transformations, ideally recent experience with digital applications, cloud, networks, security and data, Expriance across public sector will be highly desirable This role will be hybrid with 2 days in Lincoln. * Proficiency in frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF to structure and manage the architecture. * Experience with digital transformation strategies and the implementation of digital applications. * Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric, its components, and how to leverage it for data integration and application development. * Knowledge of tools and methodologies for automating business processes, including BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation). * Expertise in data architecture, data governance, and data integration techniques. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their services, especially in relation to Microsoft technologies. * Knowledge of government regulations, compliance requirements, and the specific needs of public sector organizations. * Ability to analyze and improve business processes, understanding how automation can drive efficiency and effectiveness. * Skill in aligning IT strategies with business goals and objectives, ensuring that digital and data solutions support overall business strategies. * Strong skills in managing complex projects, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and end-users. * Expertise in managing change, ensuring smooth transitions during digital transformations and process automation. * Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions, particularly in complex, multi-system environments.. * Skill in creating detailed documentation for architectural designs, processes, and system specifications. * Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors. * Relevant certifications such as Certified Enterprise Architect (e.g., TOGAF), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or other industry-recognized credentials can be advantageous. * Practical experience with similar projects, especially within the government sector, can provide valuable insights and familiarity with specific challenges
