Contract:           EPR Business Change Manager Rate:                 £600 per day + VAT, outside IR35 Expenses:         A contribution towards travel and accommodation of up to £50 per day is reclaimable Location:           Remote, Midlands, West Midlands, North of England and London. Duration:           12-18 months Start:                 April 2025 We are expecting an unprecedented demand for EPR Business Change Managers to start on projects in the Spring of 2025 as NHS England release the remainder of the Frontline Digitisation Funding to kick off around 22 Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation projects to different NHS Trusts and ICBs. As a trusted EPR implementation partner to NHS providers, Penpole are currently holding initial conversations with experienced EPR Business Change Managers. For these assignments, you will be: Helping some of the least digitally mature NHS trusts in the country (both Acute and Community, Mental Health) achieve a minimum Digital Maturity level (HIMMS L3 or equivalent) Leading the business change workstream including production of timely update reports, developing and gaining approval of the target operating model (TOM), organising and hosting workshops, as-is and to-be analysis and approval, change agent recruitment and the development of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) Listening and learning the way the organisation works and quickly adjusting your approach accordingly If you’re interested, please contact Alex in the Penpole Bristol office before 17:00 on Friday 4th October
