Job Spec: Job Description: • Must have experience with Dynamics 365 • Must have experience with Power Platform and Power Automate • Must have experience with Azure and Azure DevOps Project overview: The CRM project aims to introduce a new Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to replace the current manual processes. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to build the alpha version for two key business areas. Once the alpha phase is approved, we will move into the beta phase to develop the production-ready CRM.
