As the Head of Martech you will lead the marketing technology strategy, optimising tools and platforms to enhance personalisation, engagement, and data-driven marketing efforts.

About the Role:
As Head of Martech, you'll oversee the integration and performance of our martech stack, creating a streamlined ecosystem that supports efficient, targeted marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our tools align with business goals, enabling impactful, data-informed campaigns that resonate with our users.
- Martech Strategy Development: Define and drive our martech strategy, selecting and optimising platforms to support end-to-end customer engagement and analytics.
- Platform & Tool Integration: Ensure our martech tools work seamlessly together, connecting CRM, automation, analytics, and other systems to maximise efficiency.
- Customer Data & Personalisation: Collaborate with Product and Data teams to use customer data insights for targeted marketing and personalisation strategies.
- Cross-Channel Campaign Coordination: Work with Marketing, Product, and UX to execute consistent, multi-channel campaigns that enhance user engagement.
- Automation & Workflow Optimisation: Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual tasks.
- Data-Driven Insights & Optimisation: Implement frameworks for tracking and optimising campaigns, using insights to adjust strategies and maximise ROI.
- Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure all data handling practices align with regulations, maintaining a high standard of security and user privacy.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with vendors, optimising martech spend and maintaining a cost-effective toolset.
- Global Localisation & Adaptation: Support regional teams in tailoring martech strategies and tools for specific international markets.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Build and inspire a team of martech specialists, encouraging continuous learning and collaboration.
Experience:
- Martech Leadership: Deep understanding of martech platforms and tools, with experience building and optimising a scalable martech stack.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in using data to inform marketing strategies, with experience in segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign tracking.
- Technical Acumen: Able to collaborate with engineering and data teams, familiar with API integrations, data flows, and the technical foundations of martech.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Proven experience developing customer-focused marketing approaches that enhance engagement and retention.
- Project & Vendor Management: Strong project management skills, with experience managing vendors and optimising budget to maximise martech effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Natural leader, with experience mentoring and developing martech teams to encourage innovation and collaboration.
