IT Help Desk Manager - Sheffield - £40-50K An established client of ours in the Technology sector are looking for a IT Help Desk Manager to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Incident and Service Request processes for both internal and external customers. This role will require a strong leader, with the ability to improve and build the processes around the Service Desk as the business evolves. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for the general maintenance and support of all on site IT systems and applications. Knowledge of ERP systems. You will provide support and act as mentor to the support team to ensure that they can perform to the best of their ability and develop with the business. Working with cloud based technologies - Azure hosting, AVD, RDS and Microsoft Office technologies. Ensure that IT support remains available during weekend and business hours. Continually anticipating areas of improvement and development to support our ambitious growth plans.
