On offer is an exciting opening for a motivated IT Support Engineer in one of Cumbria's specialist, leading managed service providers. This company strive to deliver high quality support for the local businesses and offer progression plans individual to the employee. In this role you will work from the Carlisle office, starting on the helpdesk to become familiar with the clients and customers, eventually moving up to more complex issues with the occasional travel via the company vans to a range of locations. The ideal IT Support Engineer will have exposure to a wide range of technologies and be local to Carlisle and keen to progress. THE ROLE: Working with local clients to support their on prem and cloud networks. Travelling when needed using company vans. Assist with training of new staff and customers.THE PERSON: IT Support Engineer with a wide breadth of experience. Keen to work in a fast paced MSP with progression available.
