3rd Line Engineer | £40,000 to £50,000 | Peterborough Working for an MSP based in Peterborough you will be acting as a Senior Figure for the Helpdesk Team, delivering first class IT support to their ever growing client base.  It will be your responsibility to provide 3rd line technical support to all clients through a variety of methods, investigating and resolving complex support incidents, across a variety of technologies such as Windows, Microsoft and Cloud based products.
