Then look no further.   An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leading commercial data solutions Company in the role of Customer Success Manager close to Milton Keynes. This award-winning organisation are looking to further bolster their team with a technically minded CSM.   The product provides data analytics for blue chip organisations such as Morrisons, The Co-op, Coca-Cola and Nestle to name a few. They are going through a significant amount of growth throughout the whole business, and this is a great time to join them on this exciting journey.   ROLE: Customer Success Manager   SALARY: Up To £47,000   BENEFITS: 4 day working week options, Pension scheme, 25 days hol (plus your birthday off), team building days, free parking + Private Health Insurance. LOCATION: Remote    What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a CSM role – we’re not looking for someone in sales or account management, just customer success. Knowledge of FMCG desirable (If not, it’s okay, we’ll teach you!). Previous experience in a SaaS based environment. We want you to be organised (Keeping on top of follow ups and admin is crucial) Confidence, this is a client facing role – so confidence really is key
