Application Support Analyst (COINS)

Application Support Analyst (COINS) | Up to £60k DOE| Hybrid / West Midlands   We are looking for someone with technical, hands-on COINS experience to be able to support the COINS application for a desirable construction company.   The role will involve providing application support, ensuring that technical issues are resolved within agreed business SLA’s or escalated when appropriate.   Role / Responsibilities: Provide system support and user management  Resolve issues and support tickets within agreed SLAs Assist with bug fixes and system changes Provide training as required giving advice and guidance to ensure best practise Develop technical documentation and internal knowledgebase Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents Work alongside and advising internal/external IT support teams Deliver system configuration  Qualifications / Experience: Experience supporting the COINS ERP system Knowledge of a range of COINS modules Experience managing system user profiles Experience of system configuration in COINS Experience of bug fixes and system changes  Package: Salary up to £60k DOE Hybrid / flexible - min 2x a month onsite in the West Midlands office Generous company benefits
