They offer an exciting environment for high-potential individuals who may not tick every box of a traditional product management background but are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to their evolving technology-driven roadmap. Role Overview: As the sole Product Manager reporting to the Head of Operations & Technology, you will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy and delivery. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting phase of growth where we're overhauling our software platform and adopting best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies. While it might not be the highest paying option on the market, they provide a dynamic work environment with significant exposure to different business functions and the opportunity to make a real impact. You’ll work with various teams, from engineering to customer experience, to sales, helping shape the future of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: * Lead product management efforts, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and roadmap development. * Champion Agile methodologies and work closely with software engineers to ensure efficient and effective delivery. * Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, technology, customer experience, and sales to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs. * Drive the UI/UX refresh project, modernising the platform to align with user expectations. * Serve as a key communicator between business functions and the development team, translating technical requirements and customer feedback into actionable tasks. * Continuously improve internal processes, particularly around Agile and Scrum practices, to ensure better delivery outcomes. Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in product management, ideally within a tech or SaaS environment. * Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and experience with sprint planning and delivery. * Technical aptitude, particularly in software development processes, allowing you to effectively communicate with engineers and translate business needs into technical requirements. * Ability to package up work and translate it back to the business with clarity. * A strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence across teams. * Previous experience in UI/UX refresh or software platform redesigns is a plus but not essential. * Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and contributing to the foundation of a growing product team. Why Join? * Be part of a growing company where your role will be pivotal in shaping our product management structure. * Opportunity for career growth, with the potential to evolve into a Head of Product role as the company scales. * Exposure to different parts of the business, giving you valuable experience in strategy, operations, and customer experience. * A hybrid working model that offers flexibility in managing your work-life balance. Apply if you are: * A high-potential individual who thrives in an environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real impact. * Motivated by the opportunity to work on an exciting product overhaul. * Looking for a role that offers autonomy, creativity, and the chance to work with various stakeholders across the business. If you are ready to take the next step in your product management career and are excited by the opportunity to grow with us, we would love to hear from you!
