Finance Administrator

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the accounting and finance team of a company in the technology and telecoms industry. The successful candidate will process orders, handle invoicing, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely. Client Details Established in the technology and telecoms industry Sizeable and dedicated workforce (500 +) Respected name within their industry The company's office is situated in Slough, well-connected by public transport Private equity funded - rapid growth business Focused on delivering innovative solutions and services to their customersDescription Finance Administrator Responsibilities Process and review orders in a timely and accurate manner Maintain and update financial records Handle invoicing and payment collection Process customer and supplier invoices Raise Purchase Orders Liaise with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports Assist in financial audits Support other finance-related tasks as requiredProfile A successful Finance Administrator should have Exposure to previous Financial roles Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail Excellent numerical skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting proceduresJob Offer Finance Administrator Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum Permanent Position Hybrid working (2 or 3 days in the office) Flexible working (Start and finish time negotiable) The chance to join a respected Technology / Telecoms company Good location and transport links in Slough
