Help strengthen our Teams as our ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect. Home based/ fully remote role.

This is a great chance to join us as our ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect to be responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business. The primary objective of this role is to deploy, maintain and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by Capita to support its external customers and internal staff.

The role will be providing technical leadership, to lead and support the team by coaching, mentoring and driving personal and professional development and ultimately creating a high performing and engaged team.

From delivery point of view, responsibilities include analysing the impact of new requirements, to deliver proactive IT Service Management and Operations through implementation, automation, integration, and management of primarily ITSM and ITOM related toolsets and environments and will require demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge and expertise in processes, tools, and frameworks to improve overall quality, efficiency, and experience of services being delivered.

What You'll Be Doing:

    â-Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into solution designs. â-Providing technical guidance to the development team to ensure the quality and integrity of the final solution. â-Evaluating and recommending new technologies, platforms, and frameworks to improve solution design and delivery. â-Managing and mentoring a team of BAs, admins, solution architects and developers. â-Ensuring platform alignment with the business strategy. â-Creating and maintaining a detailed view of the existing architecture. â-Participating in process workshops. â-Working closely with enterprise architecture team and assisting in migrating configuration across instances.

    What we're looking for:

      â-Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Expertise in various ServiceNow modules and functionalities â-ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices â-Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points â-System Architecture and Design: Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust architectures â-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT â-ITIL Certification â-Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs. â-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. â-Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. â-Strong leadership and mentoring skills. â-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. â-Informed about the technology market and trends. â-Ability to gain SC clearance

      Desired Skills/ Experience

        â-ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) OR â-ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) â-Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, PMP etc. â-Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
