Technical Support Analyst – German Speaking

We have the perfect opportunity for a fluent German speaker with a degree of technical knowledge to join our client’s organisation and their expanding helpdesk based in High Wycombe. The right candidate will be a team player who is technically minded, the type of person who values the customer experience as being as important as fixing the problem in the first place, and keen to use their languages within their role. Retail or POS support experience will be seen as a distinct advantage but is not essential. You will have a natural aptitude for problem solving and decision making. The candidate should have: * Fluency in both English and German * Excellent customer service skills and an empathetic approach * A Proactive and driven approach to learning and developing new skills * Experience of providing support over telephone, remote and email * Basic technical experience including MS Windows XP/7, MS Office, printer setup & configuration.
