Product Owner - Digital Location: Hybrid working, 2-3 days (flexible) in Gloucester Start: ASAP As the Product Owner you will hold experience and a background in digital strategy and hold a strong understanding of anything digital! Main Responsibilities: Product Roadmap Management Backlog Management Stakeholder Engagement Sprint Planning and Review Research Cross-Functional Collaboration Key Skills and Experiences required: Strong Agile and Scrum experience with a thorough understanding of the Product Owner role particularly with a technology focus. Exceptional skills in communication and presentation. Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities. Stakeholder Management: Expertise in balancing and managing conflicting stakeholder needs. Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Multitasking Ability: Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tool Proficiency: Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence. UX/UI Knowledge: Familiarity with UX/UI principles. Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development processes and technologies. Industry Knowledge: Insight into the insurance industry, even if gained through different roles (preferable). A flexible approach to work and a positive attitude, fully embracing and incorporating the company values. Certified Professional: Certified Product Owner credentials (preferable)
