Key Responsibilities:
- Head up and mentor a team of engineers.
- Drive the development and delivery of product features.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Agile teams.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Manage technical debt and foster continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven engineering leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices.
- PHP, Laravel, and Front End technologies.
- AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and microservices.
