Job Requirements / Description

We are hiring for a permanent Retail EPoS Support Analyst to work on a hybrid basis with half of the week on site and the rest of your time based working remotely.

Candidates wishing to apply for this opening MUST be able to demonstrate that they have previous experience of defining, building, testing, and supporting EPoS solutions, ideally Zonal, but an equivalent product supported in a Retail or Hospitality setting will also be considered. Your role will see you work heavily with the wider team to create user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will need to have previous experience of working in a busy support environment, where you have need to have a good solid business knowledge surrounding the EPoS solution that you have supported in order to configure menu changes, setup new waiters/waitresses', handle refunds etc.

You will be a clear and articulate person with second to none communications skills.
