Job Title: Customer Solutions Design Specialist Location: Bristol (Hybrid) About the Role: Join our Design team as a Customer Solutions Design Specialist. You'll design end-to-end Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solutions for our defence customers, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements while aligning with security standards. Need active SC Clearance Key Responsibilities: Capture and translate customer requirements into detailed technical designs. Manage solution design, validation, and integration processes. Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships. Oversee migration planning, issue resolution, and risk management. Mentor team members and stay updated on emerging trends.Skills & Experience: Expertise in UCC technologies (PBX, VoIP, video conferencing, mobility). Experience with telecommunication vendors (Cisco, Juniper, etc.). Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP Collaboration, SBC-ISP). Proven commercial awareness and risk management skills. Experience in sensitive government environments is preferred.Top 3 must haves: Comprehensive knowledge and experience of on premise and cloud unified communication technology architecture disciplines Holds a valid SC clearance or one that recently lapsed Experience in Bid work / commercial awareness to ensure CAPEX/OPEX costings This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
