Contract:           LIMS Specialists – Testing & Data Migration Workstream Lead Rate:                 £500 per day + VAT, outside IR35 Expenses:         A contribution towards travel and accommodation of up to £50 per day is reclaimable Location:           North of England, West Midlands Remote Duration:           12 months Start:                 December 2024 Penpole are working with several NHS Pathology partnerships and NHS Trusts / ICBs embarking on single LIMS implementation projects, we are currently holding conversations with contractors experienced with LIMS implementations. For these assignments, you will be: Working with biomedical scientists and pathology managers across specialties (Blood Transfusion, Microbiology, Cellular Pathology etc.) to elicit current state and agree future state practice Developing Data Migration and Testing Strategy for an effective and low risk cutover period Giving workstream specific input to the Lower and Higher-Level Design Meetings (LLD, HLD) Production of timely workstream update reports Listening and learning the way the organisation works and quickly adjusting your approach accordingly If you’re interested, please contact Alex in the Penpole Bristol office before 17:00 on Friday 4th October
