Business Analyst - Call Centre exp

Business Analyst with Call Centre transformation experience needed! Rullion are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting 3-month initial contract (outside IR35). The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming our call centre operations, leveraging expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Essential Requirements needed: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in call centre transformation projects. Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement techniques. Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather and document requirements.
