Telephony/Voice Engineer - SaaS One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Telephony/Voice Engineer with experience in SaaS based telephony systems. As part of the team you will be supporting the go-live of Ring Central telephony and Contact Centre. Location - Hybrid / Stratford upon Avon Duration - 12 months Day Rate - £425- £475 per day - Inside IR35 Experience: Extensive SaaS based telephony knowledge with an understanding of supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within a cloud-based telephony platform (essential) Experience with RingCentral MVP and NICE CXone (highly desirable) Familiarity with service management processes and an understanding of SLAs (highly desirable) Experience using ServiceNow (desirable) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsModis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
