Technical Writer

I'm currently working with my client within the financial services industry, who is currently seeking for a Technical Writer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within a service desk or IT support environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and document valuable knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills to assess knowledge needs, analyse data, and identify trends or patterns that drive strategic decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines

  Desirable:

  • Understanding of ServiceNow and confluence

    Logistics:

    • 6 Month Contract
    • £435 p/ d inside IR35
    • Occasional visits to the office based in Nottingham
    • Start Day - ASAP
