Data Privacy Specialist

Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Data Privacy Specialist until the end of the year, outside of IR35 with a daily rate of £250 - £300 a day available.

You will be working in our client's data privacy team, performing transfer risks assessments and producing artefacts that will support our client with meeting their GDPR requirements.

Tasks of this role will include:

• Perform high-level assessments of data privacy controls and give advice/recommendations
• Stakeholder management and engagement with each business area regarding Data Matters.
• Updates & maintenance of ROPA (Records of processing activities) & International data movements.
• Support in changes to our clients privacy notice.
• Rights of data subjects will need to be maintained in the future processing.
• Support in the uplift of security controls to demonstrate adequate controls in an international context.
