IT First Line support - London , City - Law Firm - 28 -30k + Benefits
HIGHLY DESIRABLE to have experience working in a Law firm or a professional services environmnent.
Experience required
Previous 1st Line Support Experience, c 1 year.
Excellent communication & telephone skills and able to offer Remote Assistance via Telephone and Remote Connectivity Software.
Excellent knowledge of Office 365.
Troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems.
PC hardware fault finding & repair.
Basic knowledge of Windows Entra, Intune, Exchange 365, DNS & DHCP.
Keen to learn new technologies
