BI Analyst - Power BI

A fantastic opportunity for a BI Analyst to join a recognised, household retailer on a permanent basis. As a passionate BI Analyst, you’ll be collaborating across the business to elevate decision-making, using insights and data to build and maintain a cutting-edge BI stack. You will also excel at identifying data "pain points" and identify key performance indicators to enhance performance. As well as a generous basic salary and benefits package, you’ll also benefit from hybrid working - ideally you'll be Essex based with 2 days a week onsite in central London. Key responsibilities:   Dive deep into data to identify trends that impact decisions, revealing opportunities and risks. Build and maintain reports and dashboards, streamlining manual processes and automating where possible. Ensure data quality and governance by collaborating with tech teams and stakeholders. Empower teams with actionable insights Experience required:   An demonstrable background within Data Analysis Able to record and build reporting data sets, generally as a single or suite of Power BI dashboards Strong knowledge of Power BI / Power BI Data Modelling Any knowledge of development in PBI Desktop, Dataflows, DAX and Power Query would be beneficial Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAre you ready to turn data into decisions?
