Business Analyst – Equity Swaps -8 to 12 yrs Technical Skills: Must Haves: * Documentation (BRD, SRS, Test Cases) and Agile development methodology * In-depth knowledge of Swap products – TRS. Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps and Synthetic Prime Business. * Understanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC etc.) * Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferred. * Experience of Product implementation / Integration essential * Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecyle * Thorough understanding of the roles in a Trade Lifecycle - Front Office, Middle Office and Operations. BA Skills * Applying analytical problem-solving methods to projects and issues * Requirment gathering ,Conducting and documents analyses, applying guidelines and standards * Providing recommendations about hardware, software, or other technology solutions * Differentiating strategic and tactical decisions * Understanding business problems and goals of users * Recommending solutions and technical solutions * Resolving conflicts between user requirements * Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution * Analysing data to predict trends through research * Presenting your findings to business stakeholders * Ability to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinking * Ability to simplify complex concepts Good To have: * Business and finance knowledge desirable ?Education * Business or IT Grad Certifications Needed: * Any relevant certification
