Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a skilled SalesForce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our SalesForce platform, ensuring its efficiency and effectiveness in supporting our sales operations. The Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the business systems team and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining Genuit’s group-wide Salesforce capability. The vision is to create a single view of customer activities across all of group businesses whilst also creating a seamless experience for the customer themselves. *Responsibilities* * Creating and managing changes to the Salesforce platform. * Extending and maintaining the salesforce platform including security and integrity. * Data quality, migration and maintenance. * Monitor Saleforce developments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the platform * User assistance and training. * Reporting and dashboard creation and maintenance. * Supporting project & change activities in relation to sales and customer service. * Support other solutions or processes that Salesforce is dependent upon, such as ERP, MDM, Logistics *Experience* The successful candidate should possess the following skills: * Previous Salesforce experience * Certified Salesforce administrator (Advanced Administrator is highly desirable) * In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud. * Strong background in data management and structures * Experience in reporting, Power Bi and standard Salesforce reporting functionality. * Strong analytical skills, particularly around understanding complex requirements. * Strong stakeholder management skills * Understanding of a manufacturing organisation * Experience in ERP systems This role can be based in Leeds or Doncaster office working in a Hybrid model
