Technical Service Owner - Oracle OCI/Oracle Apps required by a Global Events and Digital Marking firm. Strong, hands-on knowledge in Oracle Applications; EBS, EPM, OBIEE, SOA, IDCS, EDW is required, with extensive Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience. In addition, you will need proven knowledge of Service Management/ITSM tools, Integrations and Project Management Tools, with advanced knowledge in multiplatform environments and data flows. This role requires the ability to manage an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy) and will act as a primary escalation point for Application/Technical support specialists. You will provide senior technical assistance to Application Users and Technical Support Teams who answer questions and resolve application problems for clients using a variety of communication methods. Excellent communication skills are essential for dealing with clients and liaising with various teams (IT Operations, Development and Third Parties).
This is a 6 month initial contract, expected to become rolling, paying £550-580/day, inside IR35 and offering a hybrid working schedule, with 2 days a week onsite in Richmond upon Thames (Wednesdays and Tuesdays/Thursdays).
