Technical Specialist SME

What You'll Bring and to excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in application support
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and VMware
- Expertise in M365
- Proficiency in ITIL incident and change management
While not essential, we'd love to see experience in the following areas:
- Supporting critical operating systems
- Network and telephony management
- Database support
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Cybersecurity, especially within Policing or Emergency Service environments
