Technical Specialist

Copello are recruiting for a Technical Specialist to join a cutting edge engineering company in Oxfordshire on an initial 6 month contract. As the Technical Specialist you will providing technical support and expertise across Copello's clients Microsoft 365 environment. Area's this role will be providing 3rd line expertise and support on include Active Directory, Entra ID, MS Exchange, Sharepoint/Teams (back end), MS Purview and windows servers, resolving complex issues. Other duties of the role include (though not exhaustive) * Support of every day infrastructure operations in relation to MS 365. * Providing support with colleague within the Ops & Infrastructure team for the management of on-premise hosted services along with varios storage solutions and technologies. * Manage & resolve incident/service request escalated from the service desk. * Supporting the internal intergration of group MS Tenant, acting as Project Technical Lead when required. * Working with wider business stakeholders and IT function to scope/design outcomes from cradle to grave ensuring business requirements are met within the allotted timelines.. The successful Technical Specialist will require the following experience * Excellent knowledge of M365 tenants along with associated services and technology * Strong understanding within cyber security policies (on-prem cloud & EUD) * Ability to work autonomously as well within a team * An understanding of licensing SKU's are desirable * Data landscaping inc sensitivity and lifecycle state (desirable) * Background working within a manufacturing or engineering function. This role is paying £500 -£600 dependant on experience. This role will offer highly flexible office/site working for the right candidate
