Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager / Software Project Manager Salary: To £70,000 per annum + benefits Location: Warwick - hybrid working pattern 3 days in the office/client sites/2 days remote  Bridge Technology Partners are supporting a rapidly growing Software House to help them find a highly motivated and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of digital products and services. We require someone who can own end-to-end project lifecycles, lead client deliverables, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery quality of their digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Project Management – Plan and execute delivery of digital products, ensuring timing commitments and resource commitments are met and risks, issues and mitigations are all effectively managed. Agile Delivery - Drive appropriate agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to manage sprints, backlogs, and roadmaps and continuous improvement alongside embedded processes and stage gate controls. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with product owners, developers, internal resources, offshore teams, vendors and clients to ensure alignment on objectives, requirements, and outcomes and keeping effective comms front and centre. Technical Requirements - Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables and ensure alignment with architecture standards. Team Coordination - Oversee multi-disciplinary teams through deliveries to ensure effective collaboration and communication channels are used and drive knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer and reporting. Resource Management - Plan and allocate resources efficiently while monitoring project costs at all stages of a delivery. Quality Assurance - Ensure all digital products delivered meet high standards of quality, performance, and user satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or a similar role in digital product development and delivery. Strong background in managing software delivery, ideally within digital products and mobile apps. Experience working in traditional and Agile environments, with a solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies. Excellent technical understanding of software development, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Skills and Competencies Leadership - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of digital technologies, development processes, and architectural frameworks. Problem-solving - Ability to proactively address challenges and develop effective solutions. Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
