Software Development Manager   A fantastic opportunity for a Software Development Manager to join an award winning and highly respected Ipswich based company on a permanent basis.   In this role you will be responsible for project managing and the successful delivery of IT development related projects across the group, while managing a small team of Software Developers, sharing your technical expertise and knowledge.   You will benefit from a generous salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis – 2 days based in their Ipswich office.   Key responsibilities include: Responsible for the successful and timely delivery of future projects relating to all internal systems Line Manage the Development Team, supervising, guiding & advising to ensure their professional and personal development, and creating a cohesive team focus Oversee the design, implementation, testing and documentation of new systems, within a .Net technical environment  Key Skills required: Previous experience managing IT related projects, specifically within Software Development Previous experience managing a small team A technical background within .Net technologies; C#, .Net, ASP.Net Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively  If you are interested in this position and would like to find out more, please get in touch for further information
