I'm currently supporting a cutting-edge startup in Cambridge that is making exciting strides in optical technology. They are on the lookout for a proactive Operations Manager or experienced Operations Coordinator who can tackle a full range of work that keeps the company running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the fast pace of a startup, is comfortable with a variety of operational tasks, and has exsisting experience working within the technology space.
You’ll be handling everything from small but essential tasks to larger responsibilities such as some project management, drafting reports, writing grant proposals. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, ensuring that everything behind the scenes is operating efficiently, leaving them free to focus on the technical innovation.
Experience required;
- A proactive problem-solver who genuinely enjoys the variety that comes with a startup environment.
- Someone comfortable managing both "big things" and "little things" - from managing projects to liaising with accountants or posting a parcel.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a startup environment is a plus but not a requirement.What’s On Offer:
