Senior Infrastructure Engineer – On Prem – Stoke on Trent We are working with a security focused MSP based in Stoke on Trent, looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their growing team. Experience in Public Key Infrastructure, security integration and high availability systems is essential. As the Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing, Microsoft Certificate Services (PKI) – designing, implementing  and managing PKI and integrating it with Hardware Security Modules. Implementing and managing disk encryption using KMIP compliant solutions, looking at managing and configuring Active Directory services including Group Policy, DNS, Domain Trust and RBAC. Taking part in overseeing security scanning processes, penetration testing, creating low level design (LLD) documents, be involved in reviews of technical documents. Would suit someone with strong on-prem experience, as the Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will be maintaining high availability of on-premise exchange environments with focus on database availability groups. Managing and supporting Vmware environments, VxRail Infrastructure, and enterprise storage solutions such as VSAN, NetApp or Dell EMC. Alongside developing and maintaining backup solutions strategies for SQL, Exchange and other critical systems, looking at system performance etc. This role would suit someone with solid experience with Vmware, VXRail and storage solutions (VSAN, NetApp, Dell EMC), strong knowledge of on-prem Exchange Server, hands on experience with CIS brenchmark, vulnerability management.  Techstack: Microsoft Certificate Services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI),  Active Directory, Group Policy, RBAC, DNS, Domain Trusts, KMIP solutions,  Vmware, VXRail, storage solutions, VSAN, NetApp, Dell EMC, SQL, Exchnage.  Working on exciting high security projects with a generous training budget in place.
