Harris Global are currently on the lookout for an Application Support Lead to join our client on a permanent basis. This role will require 3 days per week onsite in London.

The successful candidate will have proven experience leading application support teams within a Financial Service environment. Candidates must also possess Windows and SQL skills, Azure is highly beneficial.

This role is primarily hands off.

Skills will include:

• Must have proven experience leading or managing an application support team
• Must have strong experience working with Microsoft server platform
• SQL (required), SSRS (required), PowerShell (required) RPA (preferred)
• Must have recent experience working within Financial Services
• Proven business analysis/analytical skills combined with experience of team leadership, mentoring, performance management, project planning
• Have experience and a strong knowledge of working with ServiceNow
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral to be able to effectively engage with people at all levels across RBCBD including Senior Management and maintain excellent working relationships with all stakeholders
• Have an exceptional understanding of Technology Business needs and knowledge of Technology industry standard best practices
• Plan, coordinate and deliver on local team and department technology initiatives, work orders and projects
• Manage out of hour and weekend work for the team
