As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to internal staff, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements: * Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not essential. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks. * Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills in the IT field.
