Our client is seeking a highly skilled Pensions Transfer/SQL Data Migration Specialist to join their dynamic team.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of pension data between systems. Utilise your in-depth knowledge of pension calculations to verify data integrity and ensure accurate pension benefit processing. Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL scripts and queries to support data migration tasks and pension calculations. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and execution of data migration projects. Perform rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Create comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, methodologies, and procedures.Key Skills: Previous or current experience in pensions transfer and data migration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Proficient in SQL, with a strong ability to write and optimise complex queries and scripts. Extensive understanding of pension schemes, calculations, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
