They're an innovative company supporting over 1,100 transport providers worldwide, from Europe to Asia, to make public transport smarter and more efficient. Now, seeking a talented Project Manager to help continue driving the future of mobility. After three months, you’ll be working in a hybrid setup from Nottingham, with flexibility and opportunities for growth. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of public transport and have experience managing projects in IT or transport, this could be the role for you! Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage projects from initial specification through to system acceptance, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. * Act as the key contact between our customers and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and managing stakeholder communications. * Organise and coordinate all project work, ensuring contract obligations and technical requirements are met. * Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery. * Conduct regular meetings with the customer and internal technical teams to ensure alignment and address any challenges. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience managing projects in an IT or transport environment. * Ability to manage project teams effectively and maintain a calm approach during challenging discussions. * Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, applications, and databases. * Project management certification (PMI, PRINCE2 or similar) * Exceptional communication and reporting skills. * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
