You will ensure all telecoms system hardware and software function smoothly. Key Duties: Respond to customer service issues Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Monitor and maintain computer systems/networks Provide phone-based technical support Repair/replace equipment as needed Ensure network security and privacySkills: Trained in Call Switch or Bicom systems Excellent customer service skills Interested!?!
