IT Support Analyst 4 days onsite  We are a working with a niche organisation based in the heart of Central London, seeking a dynamic and adaptable IT Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st line support in a Microsoft Windows environment. Offer hardware and software support for users and devices. Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019 and above, ensuring systems are updated and maintained. Provide O365 support, including a basic understanding of Azure Cloud Services and Azure AD. Assist with network device troubleshooting, including switches and WiFi mesh networks. Provide printer support, including Canon devices and PaperCut management. Support backup operations with Veeam Backup and Replication. Maintain a basic understanding of Cisco firewalls and ensure network security measures are up to date. Help maintain cybersecurity standards, including ensuring Cyber Essentials certification is current. Perform network and permission audits using software tools, including audits of shared drives. Support SQL Server databases, with SSRS experience being a plus. Provide telephony support for BT OnePhone systems (preferable). Ideal Candidate: A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working across multiple IT systems. Flexible and willing to learn new skills to tackle a range of tasks. A problem solver with strong communication skills, able to provide clear and effective support to colleagues. Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience with O365, Azure AD, and basic Azure Cloud Services. Familiarity with Veeam Backup, Cisco Firewalls, and cybersecurity principles. SQL Server and SSRS experience. BT OnePhone telephony system knowledge is preferable.
