Implementation Manager

Implementation Manager £50-£60k plus £5k car allowance Remote (1-2 days in office a month) Monday- Friday Permanent An exclusive client based in Kent is looking to recruit an Implementation Manager who will be managing a team of Customer Success Managers. As the Implementation Manager you will be overseeing the Customer Success Managers workflow, their clients who they are working with and reporting into the Head of Operations and Support. You will need to be a person who thrives off delivering change, manage forecasting of P&L, meeting clients and measures success of the team. Day to day of the Implementation Manager: - Manager the direct reports of the CSM team and oversee their workflow of clients. - Liaising with higher management to change processes and policies to meet customers needs of the implementation of the digital product. - Leading and developing the team regarding internal and external training required, meetings and motivation. - Leading recruitment needs within the team and being a part of the recruitment process, failed probationary periods and dismissals. - Ensure SLA's are being met and forecasting PnL. - Manage the teams performance and noticing trends of customer implementation needs. - Overseeing each client project and monitoring progress or needs of change. - Road mapping the companies growth for the future in this area of the business. - Handling escalations from clients ensuring their needs are met. - Reporting customers escalations and complaints to operational managers regarding trends and improvements required for better service. Requirements of the Implementation Manager: - Managed an implementing digital team and tech remit. - Drive change and experience in growing/ improving processes. - Build strong relationships and act as a strong leader. - Experience of managing P&L and forecasting. - 4-5 years' experience managing a team. - Ability to analyse data and present to senior members.
