Business Solution Architect Remote-first, Cheshire (1-2 days per month on site) Salary Range: £70k-£95k Who you are: ?? You're an experienced business solution architect who is considered the functional expert in a particular solution domain, this could be debt recovery, corporate law, family law, disputes, insurance cliams processing or insolvency. ?? You thrive on challenges, you're driven by the satisfaction of creating something unique and of value. You know excellence doesn't come easily and you're up for the task. ?? You have experience working with SaaS based products and have in-depth knowlegde of the challenges & solutions that are faced in a SaaS environment. The role: This is an exciting multi-faceted role that encompasses the following areas: ? Implementation: * You'll partner with clients to map their business process & requirements. * Configure workflows, customise forms, and document templates in a low-code environment. Previous low-code experience is a must. * Maintain a strong delivery focus and ensure project times & estimates are met. * Configure work types within the application and be able to mentor clients to enable them to complete this work independently. ? Enterprise / Solution Architecture: * Understand how the flagship SaaS product integrates with a client’s broader enterprise architecture, providing strategic guidance on integration and data architecture. ? Product Management: * Leverage your deep understanding of customer needs to shape the product roadmap and contribute to core product design. ? Change Management: * Ensure successful adoption of flagship SaaS product across our clients through training, mentoring, and advocacy.
