Technical Service Owner needed ASAP for Technical Support of Oracle Application technologies & OCI within Global Technology Operations Team of leading media & events company.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Strong, hands-on knowledge in Oracle Applications; EBS, EPM, OBIEE, SOA, IDCS, EDW
Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Proven knowledge of ITSM tools, Integrations, Project Management Tools
Advanced knowledge in multiplatform environments and data flows
Proven ability to manage an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy)
SUPPORT SKILLS:
Service Lifecycle Management
Technical writing documentation/SOP development knowledge
Ability to manage complex troubleshooting for Applications including Root Cause Analysis & Remediation with minimal supervision
Understanding of operating procedures and when they should be created/changed/updated
Ability to understand, define & manage system processes
Understanding backup & recovery procedures
ROLE RESPOSIBILITIES:
Technical Service Owner for assigned Applications/Technologies ensuring SLA's KPI's & XLA's are met & providing assurance of Service(s) Availability
Day to day Operational Management of Services in scope
Management & liaising with our internal teams, 3rd Party Vendors, Partners and Suppliers
Initiate corrective actions to ensure connectivity and minimize downtime, with the overall goal of ensuring availability of the IT environment to employees and customers
Demand & Capacity Management
Technical writing documentation/SOP
Performance Management
Risk identification and mitigation
6 month initial contract, likely to roll. Hybrid role - 2 day a week on-site in Richmond upon Thames offices.
