Job Title: Document Template Designer

Location: Remote (with occasional office days in London)
Contract: 3 months
Rate: £250 per day outside IR35

Overview: We are seeking a Document Template Designer with a keen eye for design and a commitment to precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to achieve project goals.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all document templates.
• Develop creative solutions to address system limitations in template design.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand guidelines.
• Submit documentation for stakeholder approval, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word; PowerPoint skills are a plus.
• Corporate background.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of branding importance.
• Experience in technology-driven document creation and management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and administration abilities.
• Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Capable of building relationships across the organisation.
• Thrives in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
