Since founding in 2022 we have gone from 3 to 8 and are now looking to further scale our contract team which has been fundamental in the growth of TechShack.
Our contract team is currently four strong but we are looking to add a further two after a period of continued success. We have a winning formula and know that who joins our team will be successful. A core pillar for us at TechShack is ensuring our employees our achieving their goals inside and outside of work and therefore you will always have a voice when with us. You will be given continuous support but given the autonomy and trust to make your own decisions.
We have a tailored training program that will be delivered by our experienced Contracts team. This will cover the market you'll be working in, our approach to collaborating with candidates and clients, and establishing a long-term business development (BD) strategy.
In the first two weeks, we will focus on the candidate side of the role, helping you build an understanding of your market and potential client list. In the following two weeks, you'll work closely with our Contracts team to develop your BD strategy. Training is an ongoing process at TechShack, with everyone eager to learn!
This role is ideal for someone looking to join a fast-paced environment, where we thrive on overcoming the challenges that come with recruitment. You'll receive the training and tools needed to be successful.

- 6 months recruitment experience
- Can do attitude
- Working in a highly successful executive search business
- Commission with no threshold, up to 40% + business bonuses
